Practical help

Common problems

Dehumidifier does not work

Check if the unit is plugged in, the water tank is correctly positioned, and the tank is not full.

The pipe is frozen

The unit has an auto-defrost function. The fan will continue to run until the defrosting device reaches room temperature.

Dehumidifier runs without dehumidifying

Check if the power light flashes once per second (defrosting). If it flashes in a specific pattern (3s on/1s off or 1s on/1s off), there may be a humidity sensor fault.

Dehumidifying capacity is too weak

Check if the filter net or air inlet is blocked. Ensure room temperature and humidity levels are not too low.

Before use

  • Ensure the unit is on a flat, level surface.
  • Check that the water tank is empty and correctly positioned.
  • Verify the ambient temperature is between 5°C and 32°C.
  • Ensure there is at least 20cm clearance on all sides and 30cm above.
  • Close all doors and windows for efficient operation.
