The Sealey SDH50110V is a 50L industrial dehumidifier designed to remove excess moisture from the air. Before use, ensure the unit is placed on a level, stable surface and that the voltage matches your power supply. Important: After assembly, do not use the unit for 2 hours to allow the refrigerant to settle. Always switch the unit to the OFF position before disconnecting from the mains.

Assembly
Wheel Installation: Lay the machine body down. Fix the wheel axle to the body using the 4 provided screws. Attach a wheel to both ends of the axle. Return the unit to an upright position.

Handle Installation: Align the holes in the brackets with the holes in the bottom of the handle. It is recommended to fix the screws in the lower holes first, then flip the handle upwards and secure it with the screws in the upper holes.
Operation
Water Tank Usage: You can use the water tank in two ways:

- Direct Use: When the tank is full, the machine automatically shuts down, enters standby, and the "Full Water" indicator lights up. Empty the tank to resume operation.
- Continuous Drainage: Remove the water tank and mount the drain pipe. Ensure the drainage pipe is not set higher than the water tank.
Control Panel: Use the ON/OFF button to power the unit. The + and - buttons adjust humidity settings (RH10% to 95%) and timing (00 to 24 hours). The Timing button allows you to set cycle timers for powering on or off.
Humidity Control and Defrosting
The compressor shuts down when the room humidity is 3% lower than the set value and restarts when it is 3% higher. The unit features an automatic defrosting function that activates based on coil temperature and ambient conditions. If the unit is shut down, the fan will run for 10 seconds.
Troubleshooting
If the unit fails to turn on, check the power supply, fuse, and ensure the water tank is installed correctly. If the unit is noisy, ensure it is on a firm, flat surface. If water is leaking, check that the unit is level and the drain pipe is not obstructed. For error codes like E1 (coil sensor fault) or E2/E3 (humidity/temperature sensor fault), contact a professional or the manufacturer.
