Drainage

When the water tank is full, the warning light flashes, and the unit stops. To empty, remove the lower rear cover by pulling from both sides, then slide the tank out. For continuous drainage, connect a water pipe (not supplied) with an inner diameter of 9mm to the rear drain. Ensure the pipe is not longer than 1.5m and remains lower than the outlet height throughout its length.

Maintenance

Switch off and unplug the unit before maintenance.

  • Filter Cleaning: Clean the air filter every two weeks. Remove the water tank, pull down the filter tab, and wash with water only. Do not use hot water, solvents, or heat to dry. Snap back into place once dry.
  • Casing Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use detergents or abrasive cleaners.

Troubleshooting

If the unit does not operate, check the power supply, ensure the water tank is not full, and verify the tank is fitted correctly. If dehumidified volume is low, check for a dirty filter or obstructions at the air inlets/outlets. The unit will not operate below 5°C. Error codes include E2 (humidity sensor problem), LO (humidity below 20%), HI (humidity above 90%), CL (low-temperature protection), and CH (high-temperature protection).
