This document provides essential safety instructions and technical specifications for the Seeed Studio reComputer. The device is intended for indoor use only. Always ensure the power adapter is not damaged before use and disconnect it during storms. If the device is damaged or fails to operate correctly, do not attempt to repair it yourself.

Safety Instructions

Follow these guidelines to ensure safe operation:

• General: The product is not a toy. Keep it away from children and pets. Do not leave packaging material unattended.
• Handling: Handle the device carefully. Avoid jolts, impacts, or falls, as these can damage the internal components.
• Environment: Protect the device from extreme temperatures, strong jolts, flammable gases, steam, solvents, high humidity, moisture, and direct sunlight. Do not subject the product to mechanical stress.
• Operation: If you are in doubt about the operation, safety, or connection of the product, consult an expert. If the device is visibly damaged, has been stored in poor conditions, or has been subjected to transport stress, take it out of operation immediately.

Power Supply

Use only the supplied power adapter. Before connecting, verify that the voltage on the adapter matches your local electricity supply.

• Connect the adapter to an easily accessible wall socket.
• Never connect or disconnect the adapter with wet hands.
• Always pull by the plug, not the cable, when disconnecting.
• Ensure cables are not pinched, kinked, or damaged by sharp edges.
• If the power adapter is damaged, switch off the mains voltage to the socket, unplug the adapter, and replace it with a new one of the same design. Do not use damaged components.

Disposal

Electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. Owners are required to dispose of the device separately at designated collection points. End users must remove batteries, accumulators, and lamps that can be removed non-destructively before disposal. Personal data must be deleted from the device before recycling.
