This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation of the Senix CSX2-M-EU 20V MAX Cordless Chainsaw. Always read the safety instructions before use. The chainsaw is intended for limbing, felling, woodcutting, and removing buttress roots.
Assembly
Before assembly, ensure the battery pack is removed. 1. Loop the saw chain into the slot around the guide bar, ensuring the correct running direction. 2. Mount the chain and guide bar to the unit. 3. Replace the side cover and lightly tighten the side cover knob. 4. Adjust the chain tension using the tensioning knob until the chain can be raised approximately 2-3 mm from the guide bar in the center. 5. Thoroughly tighten the side cover nut.

Operation
1. Fill the oil tank with bar and chain oil before use. 2. Install the battery pack until it clicks. 3. To start, press the trigger lock-out, then squeeze the switch trigger. 4. To stop, release the switch trigger. 5. Always test the chain brake before operation by pushing the guard forward; the motor and chain should stop immediately.

Sawing Techniques
- Felling: Plan an escape path diagonally to the rear of the expected line of fall. Make a notch 1/3 the diameter of the tree, then a felling back cut at least 50 mm higher than the horizontal notch.
- Limbing: Leave larger lower limbs to support the log off the ground. Cut branches under tension from the bottom up.
- Bucking: Support the log if possible. If supported at one end, cut 1/3 diameter from the underside, then finish from the top. If supported at both ends, cut 1/3 from the top, then finish from the bottom.
Maintenance
Always remove the battery pack before cleaning or maintenance. Clean debris from the battery port and chain area after each use. Do not sharpen the chain yourself unless experienced; use an authorized service. Store in a dry place and keep the battery charged at least once per year.
Troubleshooting
If the motor does not run, check if the chain brake is engaged, the battery is discharged, or the trigger lock-out is not properly operated. If the chain does not cut properly, check the chain tension, sharpness, or oil level.
