The Soundstream Reign SR2-1000 is a 2-channel amplifier designed for car audio systems. Before installation, always disconnect the battery positive (+) terminal to prevent short circuits. Ensure all connections are clean and secure, and use proper gauge wire for power and ground. The amplifier features built-in protection circuits and supports both stereo and bridged (mono) operation.

Features and Functions
The amplifier includes several controls to fine-tune your audio:

- Crossover: Select between H.P.F (Highpass), L.P.F (Lowpass), or FULL (full range signal).
- H.P.F: Set highpass frequency from 120Hz to 3kHz.
- L.P.F: Set lowpass frequency from 50Hz to 250Hz.
- Gain: Adjust the gain value from MIN to MAX.
- Bass/Treble EQ: Switch EQ settings from 0dB to 6dB or 12dB.
Power Connection
Proper wiring is critical to prevent damage:

- +12V: Connect directly to the battery (+) terminal.
- GND: Connect directly to the vehicle's chassis ground.
- REM: Connect to the remote turn-on lead of your head unit.
Always use a fuse at the battery and the amplifier.
Input and Output Connection
Input: Connect RCA cables from your source unit to the inputs labeled "Input". Route signal cables away from power lines to avoid noise.

Output:
- Stereo Mode: Connect left and right speaker leads to the corresponding terminals. Supports 2-8 ohm loads.
- Bridged/Mono Mode: Connect speaker (+) to the R+ terminal and speaker (-) to the L- terminal. Supports 4-8 ohm loads.
Note: Bridged mode does not support 2 ohm loads. Operation below recommended impedance can damage the amplifier and void the warranty.
Troubleshooting
- No Audio: Check remote turn-on voltage, blown amplifier fuse, battery/ground connections, or speaker continuity.
- Distorted Audio: Check gain settings or inspect speaker cones for damage.
Specifications
- Output Power: 2x100W (4 Ohm RMS)
