Safety Information

  • Installation: The minimum safety distance between the hob and the hood is 650 mm. Ensure the mains voltage matches the rating label inside the hood.
  • Ventilation: Connect the hood to an exhaust flue with a minimum diameter of 120 mm. Do not connect to ducts carrying combustion fumes (boilers, fireplaces).
  • Usage: Do not flambé food under the hood. Ensure adequate room ventilation if using the hood simultaneously with gas or other fuel-burning appliances.
  • Electrical: The appliance must be properly earthed (Class I). If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a service technician.

Controls

The control panel features the following functions:

  • Button 1: Starts the motor at speed one.
  • Button 2: Starts the motor at speed two.
  • Button 3/i: Press briefly for speed three. Press for 2 seconds to activate boost mode for 6 minutes (for heavy cooking fumes).
  • Light Button: Turns the lighting system on and off.
  • Stop: Button 1 switches the motor to speed 1 before stopping it.
