Quick Start Guide

Features and Basic Operations
The watch features an LCD analog (hands) and digital display with hours, minutes, and seconds. It includes a daily alarm, hourly chime, 24-hour stopwatch with split time, 60-minute countdown timer, and dual time zone capability.
Time and Date Setting
- Press MODE repeatedly until the time is shown with the seconds flashing.
- Press LAP/RESET to set seconds to zero.
- Press START/STOP to select minutes, then LAP/RESET to advance. Press and hold to increment quickly.
- Press START/STOP to select hours, then LAP/RESET to advance to AM or PM.
- Press START/STOP to select date (01-31), then LAP/RESET to advance.
- Press START/STOP to select month (01-12), then LAP/RESET to advance.
- Press START/STOP to select day (SUN-SAT), then LAP/RESET to advance.
- Press MODE to exit time set.
- To switch between AM/PM and 24-hour format, press and hold START/STOP for 4 seconds.
Dual Time
- Press MODE until the indicator is next to DUAL T.
- Press START/STOP. The hour hand will flash.
- Press LAP/RESET to advance the hour hand.
- Press START/STOP. The minute hand will flash.
- Press LAP/RESET to advance the minute hand.
- Press START/STOP to exit.
Alarm
- Press MODE until the indicator is next to ALARM.
- Press START/STOP and LAP/RESET simultaneously to enable/disable the alarm or chime.
- To set the alarm time, press MODE to ALARM, then START/STOP to select the hour hand.
- Use LAP/RESET to adjust the hour, then press START/STOP to select the minute hand.
- Use LAP/RESET to adjust the minutes, then press START/STOP to exit.
Timer
- Press MODE until the indicator is next to TIMER.
- Press LAP/RESET repeatedly to increase the number of minutes.
- Press START/STOP to begin the countdown.
- Press START/STOP to pause or resume.
- Press LAP/RESET to reset the timer.
Stopwatch
- Press MODE until the indicator is next to STOP.
- Press START/STOP to start the stopwatch.
- Press LAP/RESET to record a split time.
- Press START/STOP to pause.
- Press LAP/RESET to reset to zero.
Display Light
Press the LIGHT button to activate the display light.
Bracelet Adjustment
- Open the locking plate.
- Move the clasp to the desired bracelet length.
- Exert pressure while holding the locking plate and slide the clasp back and forth until it engages in the grooves on the underside of the bracelet.
- Press the locking plate down until it snaps closed.
Water Resistance and Maintenance
This watch is water-resistant to 30 meters. To maintain water resistance, do not press any buttons while underwater. Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water. The watch is not a diver watch and should not be used for diving.
