The VEVOR 208C Tool Sanitizer is designed for disinfecting tools. Before first use, it is mandatory to run an empty load cycle for 20 minutes and then open the door to eliminate any initial odors. Always ensure utensils are drained of water and placed vertically in the basket to ensure effective sterilization. Warning: Do not expose eyes or skin to UV light. Do not immerse the machine in water or rinse it directly.

Operation method
To operate the device, connect the power and press the power button; the display will light up. The device offers three main modes:
- Automatic button: Press once for a cycle of 60 minutes drying and 15 minutes disinfection. Press twice for 90 minutes drying and 30 minutes disinfection. Press three times for 30 minutes drying and 10 minutes disinfection. Holding the button for 3 seconds activates a 24-hour sterile storage function.
- Drying button: Press once for 45 minutes, twice for 60 minutes, or three times for 90 minutes of drying. Holding for 3 seconds activates a 12-hour heat preservation function.
- Disinfection button: Press once for 10 minutes, twice for 20 minutes, or three times for 30 minutes of disinfection.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity of the device:
- Always unplug the power cord before cleaning or maintenance.
- Wear gloves when cleaning to prevent cuts from sharp edges inside the cabinet.
- Use a cloth with a small amount of neutral detergent to remove stains, then wipe with a clean damp cloth.
- Do not immerse electrical components in water.
Troubleshooting
If the device is not powered on, ensure the power cord is properly plugged in. If the lamp does not light up, check if the lamp tube is loose and reinstall it if necessary. If any other abnormality occurs, stop using the device immediately and contact a professional.
