  1. Place the Main Unit on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Insert the Water/Oil Collection Tray into the main unit and fill the bottom with enough water to cover the base.
  3. Attach the Heat Insulation Plate, ensuring arrows face the larger opening of the main unit.
  4. Fix the Heating Elements into the main unit, ensuring the control panel sits securely and makes contact with the trigger switches.
  5. Lower the Grill Plate onto the heating elements using the handles.
