The Wampler Euphoria is an overdrive pedal designed to provide a transparent "gain channel" for your amplifier. It is built to be touch-sensitive and versatile, allowing for a range of tones from clean boost to crunchy overdrive.

Controls

The pedal features the following controls to shape your sound:

• Tone: Adjusts the high frequencies of the signal.
• Bass: Controls bass frequencies before the clipping stage. Turning it counter-clockwise provides a neutral setting, while turning it clockwise adds bass, resulting in a creamier and fuzzier drive.
• Volume: Controls the total output volume of the pedal.
• Drive: Adjusts the total amount of gain/overdrive. Turning this control clockwise increases the gain in the circuit.
• Smooth/Open/Crunch Switch: This switch changes the clipping characteristics of the pedal:
  • Smooth: Offers a more compressed, smooth tone.
  • Open: Provides a substantial volume boost and is very touch-sensitive with an organic overdrive feel.
  • Crunch: Delivers the highest gain setting with a more compressed sound.

Power Requirements

To ensure proper operation and avoid damage to the pedal, adhere to the following power specifications:

• Voltage: Use a 9V or 18V DC power source.
• Polarity: Use a center pin negative power supply.
• Current Draw: The pedal draws approximately 8mA at 9V and 10mA at 18V.
• Warning: Do not use AC power adapters. Using an incorrect power adapter can lead to damage and will void the warranty.
