For the fastest and safest charging experience, always use an Anker cable, the original cable provided with your device, or another certified cable (such as MFi). Ensure the wall charger is connected to an easily accessible AC power outlet.

Using your charger

The charger features three ports: USB-C1, USB-C2, and USB-A. Connect your devices to these ports to begin charging. The charger is designed for use with IT equipment only.

Safety instructions

• Do not expose the product to naked flame sources, such as candles.
• Disconnect from line voltage by removing the AC plug.
• If the plug is broken, dispose of the product immediately.
• Clean the product only with a dry cloth or brush.
• The power supply is not intended to be repaired by service personnel; if a defect occurs, the product should be disposed of.
• Keep the product away from moisture and extreme temperatures.

Specifications

The charger supports a total output of 100W. It utilizes ActiveShield technology, which intelligently monitors temperature and adjusts power output to safeguard connected devices. Note that output power may fluctuate when the ambient temperature is between 26-35°C (78.8-95°F) with a high output load.
