Operation
- Rinse raw rice in a separate container until the water runs clear.
- Wipe the outside of the inner pot dry and place it inside the cooker. Turn it left and right to ensure it sits properly on the heating plate.
- Add the measured rice to the pot using the provided measuring cup.
- Add water to the appropriate graduation mark on the inner pot. Generally, 1 cup of rice requires 1 cup of water.
- Close and latch the lid firmly.
- Plug in the power cord and press the cook switch down. The "cook" indicator light will turn on.
- Once cooking is complete, the unit automatically switches to warming mode.
- Wait 15 minutes before opening the lid to allow steam to finish cooking the rice.
- Stir the rice before serving.
- Turn the switch to OFF and unplug the unit when finished.
