Cleaning and maintenance
To maintain the product and prevent damage, follow these guidelines:
- Regular Cleaning: Clean the product when mineral scale or soap residue builds up.
- Cleaning Agents: Use a cleaning agent specifically intended for the product type. Do not use cleaners containing hydrochloric acid, formic acid, lye, or acetic acid. Avoid abrasive powders, pads, brushes, steam cleaners, and "no-rinse" agents.
- Application: Do not spray cleaners directly onto the product. Spray the cleaner onto a soft cloth or sponge, then wipe the product.
- Rinsing: Always rinse thoroughly with clear water and polish dry with a soft cloth after cleaning.
- Storage: Do not store cleaning agents under the product (e.g., in a vanity unit), as fumes may cause damage.
