The Bailey TOPO electronic transformer is designed for 12V halogen and LED lamps. Before installation, ensure the power is disconnected. The device must be installed by a qualified professional in a location with good airflow, away from heat sources. If the device is used in wet applications, an IP-rated fixture is required. If you experience flickering or noise, it indicates an incompatibility between the transformer, the LED lamp, or the dimmer.

Installation and Wiring
The transformer must be installed above insulation. The dimmer should be installed on the power input wire leading to the transformer. Follow the wiring scheme provided in the manual to connect the power source (L/N) to the dimmer and then to the transformer primary (PRI) side, and connect the lamps to the secondary (SEC) side.
Troubleshooting
If flickering or noise occurs, it means the transformer is not compatible with the used LED lamp and/or LED dimmer. Ensure all connections are secure and that the load is within the specified power range.
