The Bauer 20141E-B is a 2000 PSI electric pressure washer designed for outdoor residential use. Before operating, ensure you have an adequate water supply (2.4-3 GPM) and a dedicated electrical circuit. Never use an extension cord with this unit. Always test the GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) before each use.

Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer:

- Wheels: Insert the wheel axle through the wheel, then through the lower frame. Secure with a washer and R-pin. Repeat for the other side.
- Handle: Hold the spring buttons on the handle ends while inserting them into the lower frame until they pop into place.
- Gun Holder & Storage Panel: Attach the gun holder to the left side of the handle and the storage panel to the right side using the provided screws.
- Hose Connection: Connect the high-pressure hose to the back of the pressure washer and the gun handle by pushing the hose in and threading the coupler tightly.
Operation
Before starting, ensure the water inlet strainer is free of debris. Connect the water supply hose to the water inlet. Select the appropriate nozzle for your task. The black nozzle is specifically for dispensing detergent at low pressure.

To operate:
- Uncoil the high-pressure hose completely.
- Plug the GFCI into a dedicated, grounded 120V outlet.
- Press the RESET button on the GFCI; the indicator should light up.
- Turn on the water supply.
- Turn the power switch to the ON position.
- Release the trigger safety lock and press the trigger to spray.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for longevity:
- After each use: Drain water by tipping the unit, flush the detergent tank, and clean the body with a clean cloth and mild detergent.
- Nozzles: Clean nozzles after every use using the nozzle tip cleaner to remove debris.
- Storage: Store in a dry, frost-free room. Flush the unit with automotive antifreeze before long-term storage.
Troubleshooting
If the unit fails to start, check the power cord, outlet, and GFCI breaker. If the pressure varies, check the water supply for kinks, clean the water inlet filter, or clean the nozzle. If the unit stops suddenly, check the GFCI breaker.
