The Beamz Cobra 100H is a moving head lighting fixture designed for indoor use. Before operation, ensure the unit is unpacked and inspected for transport damage. Always verify that the mains voltage matches the specifications on the unit label. The unit is not designed for permanent operation; consistent breaks are recommended to ensure longevity.
Installation and Rigging
The unit can be placed on a stable surface or mounted upside down on a truss. When mounting overhead, use certified clamps and always secure the unit with a safety cable attached to the correct fixation points. Never attach the safety cable to the transport handles. Ensure the mounting structure can support at least 10 times the weight of the unit.

Power and DMX Connections
Connect the unit directly to the mains; do not use a dimmer pack. Multiple units can be linked using the power connector input and output (maximum of four units at 230V/16A). For DMX control, connect the DMX output of your controller to the DMX input of the first unit, and daisy-chain subsequent units. At the last unit in the chain, you must install a DMX terminator (120 Ohm resistor between signal - and signal +) to ensure signal stability.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance is required to ensure optimal performance. Dust buildup can reduce light output and cause overheating. Disconnect the unit from power and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a weak detergent solution for glass components. Do not use aggressive solvents. Regularly check screws, bolts, and cables for signs of wear or corrosion.

Replacing the Fuse
If the fuse is defective, replace it with one of the same type and rating. Disconnect the mains lead before proceeding. Open the fuse holder on the rear panel using a screwdriver, remove the old fuse, install the new one, and replace the holder.
Troubleshooting
If the unit does not respond, check the power supply and connections. If the unit resets but does not respond to the controller, verify the DMX address, DMX mode settings, and ensure the DMX line is properly terminated. If the light output is intermittent, the unit may be overheating; ensure proper airflow and clean the unit if necessary.
Technical Specifications
The Cobra 100H features a 100W white LED, 7 colors + open, 7 static gobos, and a 6-facet prism. It supports 12 DMX channels and operates on 100-240VAC 50/60Hz power.
