Assemble the furniture on a soft surface like a carpet, rug, or empty carton to prevent scratches or damage.

Assembly Instructions

The assembly process involves 20 steps, primarily using cam locks and bolts to secure the panels. Key steps include:

• Steps 1-3: Preparing the bottom plate and rear shelf support plate with hardware.
• Steps 4-6: Assembling the shelf board and attaching support plates.
• Steps 7-12: Constructing the main frame, including side plates and median septums.
• Steps 13-16: Attaching the top plate and finishing the main structure.
• Steps 17-18: Attaching the back board and connecting the hutch to the desk (014-HG-40747-A).
• Steps 19-20: Finalizing the assembly with hardware and securing the unit.

Care and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your furniture:

• Tighten all bolts and screws within the first 2 weeks of assembly.
• Check the tightness of all bolts every 2 months and tighten if necessary.
• Clean the surface with a lightly dampened cloth. A small amount of mild soap can be used if necessary.
• Dry the surface immediately after cleaning.
• Warning: Do not use bleach or alcohol-based detergents. Do not apply wood treatment to MDF parts.
