This manual provides instructions for the Bosch AdvancedPrune 18V-45 cordless pole pruner. It is intended for domestic use in pruning branches and plants up to 45 mm in diameter (35 mm in hard wood). Only one extension pole is allowed.

Assembly
Cutting head: Slide the cutting head into the machine, aligning the arrows. Press firmly and rotate the twist lock to the right to secure.


Extension pole: Remove the cutting head. Slide the extension pole into the machine and secure with the twist lock. Then, attach the cutting head to the extension pole and secure it.
Operation
Battery: Insert the charged battery until it clicks. Press the release button to remove.


360° trigger: Rotate the trigger clockwise to activate, then gently pull backwards to operate the blades.
Working Advice
Always use both hands. Do not operate on ladders or unstable supports. Use the hook to pull entangled branches. If the blade gets stuck, pivot the tool back and forth.
Maintenance
Clean the blade with a damp cloth after use. Apply lubricant spray before and after use. Store in a secure, dry place.

Troubleshooting
If the tool stops or LEDs flash, check for hard branches, low battery, or overheating. Ensure the cutting head and extension are correctly mounted.
