Telescopic handle

Slide the telescopic tube into the motor unit until it stops. Ensure the two markings (M) are opposite each other. Tighten the grey nut.

Shoulder strap

Widen the belt clip, clamp it around the tube, and tighten with the screw. Hook the carabiner onto the belt clip and adjust the length with the quick release fastener.

Charging the battery

Push the locking button and remove the battery. Connect the charger to a mains socket and slide it onto the battery. Flashing green indicates charging; permanent green indicates fully charged.

Unscrew the oil tank lid and fill with chain oil until the viewing window is full. Check the lubrication system by pointing the bar at a bright surface; oil traces should appear after one minute.
