This manual provides essential instructions for the Bosch ROTAK18V2-38 and ROTAK18V2-43 cordless lawn mowers. Before use, ensure the battery is fully charged. Assembly involves unfolding the handle and setting the working height. To operate, insert the battery, switch on using the handle controls, and mow. Assembly and Operation

• Handle Assembly: Follow steps B-C for ROTAK18V2-38 or F for ROTAK18V2-43.
• Grass Box: Assemble and attach as shown in step G.
• Cutting Height: Adjust using the setting shown in step H.
• Battery: Insert as shown in step I.
• Operation: Use the controls on the handle to switch on/off (J1-J2).

Maintenance and Storage

Always remove the battery before performing maintenance. Keep the product and ventilation slots clean. Never spray with water or immerse in water. Store in a dry, secure place out of reach of children. Ensure all nuts, bolts, and screws are tight for safe operation. Inspect the blade regularly and replace if worn or damaged (step N).

Troubleshooting

If the motor does not start, check if the battery is charged, correctly inserted, or if the motor protection has been triggered. If the cut is irregular, check the cutting height and blade sharpness. For excessive vibration, check if the blade nut/screw is loose or the blade is damaged.

Technical Data

The mowers operate on a 36V (2 x 18V) system. Cutting widths are 38 cm (ROTAK18V2-38) and 43 cm (ROTAK18V2-43). Cutting height is adjustable between 30-75 mm.
