The Bosch GSR 10.8V-35 FC Professional is a versatile cordless drill/driver featuring an interchangeable adapter system. Before use, ensure the battery is fully charged. To operate, select the rotational direction, choose the gear (1 for high torque/heavy-duty, 2 for high speed/light-duty), and adjust the torque setting ring as needed.

The tool features a tool holder (1), torque presetting ring (2), gear selector (3), and various adapters (GFA 12-X, B, E, W, H) that allow for specialized tasks like right-angle drilling or off-set screwdriving.
Battery Management
Insert the battery until it clicks. Use the battery charge indicator (press the on/off switch halfway) to check levels. If the tool is overloaded, it will switch off automatically until it cools down.
Using Adapters
The GSR 10.8V-35 FC uses a unique locking ring (15) system:
- Fitting: Remove the application tool, insert the adapter into the holder, and turn the locking ring until it clicks.
- Turning: For GFA 12-E and GFA 12-W, pull the adapter forward, rotate to one of the 16 positions, and release to lock.
- Removing: Unlock the adapter by turning the locking ring and pull it off.
Operation
Rotational Direction: Use the switch (6) to change direction. Only operate when the tool is not in use.
Torque & Gear Selection: Use the ring (2) to set torque (20 stages). Use the gear selector (3) to choose between low speed/high torque (1) or high speed/low torque (2).
Maintenance

Common problems
Tool stops unexpectedly
Check battery charge or temperature-dependent overload protection. The tool will restart once it reaches the optimal operating temperature.
Adapter won't lock
Ensure the locking ring (15) is turned until it audibly clicks into place.
Drill bit slips
Ensure the tool is switched off before applying to the screw; check if the chuck is tightened properly.
