The Bosch Quigo Green is a cross-line laser level designed for indoor use to determine and check horizontal and vertical lines. Before use, ensure the tool is protected from moisture and direct sunlight. If the laser lines flash quickly, the batteries are weak. If they flash slowly, the tool is outside the self-levelling range (±4°).

Product description
The tool features an on/off switch, a laser beam outlet aperture, and a 1/4" tripod mount. It comes with an adapter plate and a holder for versatile mounting options. The tool is powered by two 1.5 V LR3 (AAA) batteries.
Assembly
Inserting/changing the batteries:
- Push the locking mechanism in the direction of the arrow to open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity as shown inside the compartment.
- Always replace all batteries at the same time using the same manufacturer and capacity.
- Remove batteries if the tool will not be used for a prolonged period.
Operation
Switching on/off:
- To switch on, push the on/off switch up. The tool immediately emits two laser lines.
- To switch off, push the on/off switch downward over the laser beam outlet aperture.
Automatic levelling:
- Place the tool on a level, firm surface or attach it to the holder or tripod.
- The tool automatically compensates for irregularities within the self-levelling range of ±4°.
- Levelling is complete when the laser lines stop flashing.
- If automatic levelling is not possible (e.g., surface deviates by more than 4°), the laser lines will flash slowly, and the tool will operate without automatic levelling.
Working advice
Mounting the tool:

- Using the holder: Attach the holder to objects 10 to 60 mm thick. Loosen the fastening screw to position the holder, then retighten. Secure the tool to the holder using the 1/4" screw.
- Using a tripod: Place the tool on the tripod thread and secure it.
- Using the adapter plate: The adapter plate allows for quick attachment and detachment. It can be mounted on the holder or tripod. Use the fine adjustment screw on the adapter plate to align the laser line with a reference point.
Maintenance and service
Keep the tool clean at all times. Never immerse it in water or other liquids. Wipe off dirt with a damp, soft cloth; do not use detergents or solvents. Regularly clean the area around the laser outlet aperture and check for lint.
Safety
Do not direct the laser beam at persons or animals and do not stare into the beam. Do not use laser goggles as protective or sunglasses. Keep the tool away from magnetic storage media and medical devices like pacemakers, as the magnets can impair their function.
