Product Description

The dishwasher features an upper basket, lower basket, and cutlery basket. Key components include the salt container, detergent dispenser, rinse aid dispenser, and filters located at the base. Some models include a utensil tray.

Overview of programmes

The appliance offers various programs including ECO, Universal, Intensive, Prewash, and Zoom. Models with a digital display may also include Special, Glass, and Auto Wash. The Auto Wash program automatically senses soil levels and adjusts temperature and water usage accordingly.

Water softening system

To ensure optimal results, the dishwasher requires soft water. Adjust the salt dispenser setting (S1-S6) based on your local water hardness. To top up salt: turn the cap clockwise, fill with 1 litre of water, add salt until the tank is full, and reset the salt indicator by pressing the designated button for 3 seconds.

Using rinse aid

Rinse aid prevents streaks and improves drying. If the rinse aid level is low, the display or indicator will alert you. To refill, open the dispenser cover, pour rinse aid up to the MAX mark, and wipe up any spills to prevent excess foaming.

Loading utensils

The upper rack is designed for glasses, cups, and saucers and can be adjusted for height. The lower rack is for larger items like pots and pans. Always place sharp items with the blade pointing downward in the knife rack or cutlery basket to prevent injury.

Adding detergent

Use only detergents recommended for automatic dishwashers. Add detergent to the main wash compartment. Tablets should only be placed in the main wash compartment. Do not use hand-washing liquids or laundry detergents.

Daily Use

To start a program: turn the appliance on, select the desired program, and press start. You can pause a program by opening the door carefully. To cancel a program, pause the cycle and hold the reset button for 3 seconds. The appliance can also be set with a delay start.

Care and cleaning

Regularly clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Clean the filters and spray arms periodically to prevent blockages. To remove the drain filter, turn it anti-clockwise. Clean spray arms by rinsing under running water; ensure they rotate freely after reinstallation.

Troubleshooting

If the appliance does not start, check if the door is open, if a delay start is set, or if the mains plug is connected. Error codes (e.g., E10, E20, E30) indicate specific issues like water supply problems, drainage blockages, or leaks. Refer to the troubleshooting section for specific solutions before contacting service.
