The CLAS Air Reel (OP 1118/OP 1119) is designed for air distribution. It must be installed horizontally on a wall or post, ideally 1 meter above the ground. Do not use this device for drinking water, chemicals, grease, or toxic substances.

Introduction and Safety
The device is maintenance-free regarding internal cleaning. Do not clean the interior with water. Always hold the hose stop ball when the hose is retracting to prevent damage or injury.

Installation
1. Remove the unit and accessories from the box.


2. Choose a suitable location near an air source.
3. Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the screw positions.
4. Drill four holes (12mm x 60mm) into the wall.
5. Fix the bracket using the four self-tapping screws.
6. Connect the reel to the mounting bracket.
Operation
Unwinding: Pull the hose to the desired length and stop at any point.
Retracting: Pull slightly on the hose and guide it as it winds back into the housing.
Storage and Maintenance
When not in use, turn off the air source and purge the reel. If storing for an extended period, keep it in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
If the hose does not retract, it may be because the hoses are stacked on top of each other. Pull out the entire hose and let it retract slowly while holding it. If the spring has no return, contact customer service immediately due to the risk of injury.

Practical help
Common problems
Hoses may be stacked on top of each other. Pull out the entire hose and let it retract slowly while holding it.
Contact customer service immediately; do not attempt to repair, as there is a risk of injury.

- Ensure the installation surface is a wall or post.
- Verify the mounting height is approximately 1 meter above the ground.
- Check that the air source is compatible.
- Ensure the hose is not used for drinking water or toxic/caustic substances.
