This air fryer features dual cooking zones, allowing you to prepare different foods simultaneously. Before using, ensure all packaging is removed and the basket is cleaned. The appliance operates in a standby mode when plugged in. You can select individual zones, set temperature and time, or use preset programs. The dual-zone feature allows for synchronized cooking or independent operation.

Safety precautions

• Never immerse the housing containing electrical components in water.
• Do not cover air inlet or outlet openings during operation.
• Do not fill the frying basket with oil to avoid fire hazards.
• Ensure the voltage on the appliance matches your local network.
• Keep the appliance and power cord out of reach of children.
• Place on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface with at least 10 cm of free space on all sides.
• Allow the appliance to cool for approximately 30 minutes before cleaning.

Control panel and parts

The control panel allows you to adjust temperature and time for each zone independently. Key buttons include temperature increase/decrease, time increase/decrease, zone selection (1 and 2), start/pause, sync finish, and dual cook. The basket is equipped with a handle for safe removal.

Before first use

1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
2. Clean the frying basket with hot water, liquid soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
3. Clean the interior and exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
4. Note: The appliance may emit a slight smoke or odor during the first use; this is normal.

Operation

Plug the device into a grounded outlet. Press the power button to enter standby mode. Select the desired cooking zone (1 or 2). Adjust the temperature (50-200°C) and time (1-60 minutes) using the respective buttons. Press the start/pause button to begin cooking. You can remove the basket during operation to shake ingredients; the machine will pause and resume automatically when the basket is reinserted.

Dual zone cooking

To cook in both zones simultaneously, select the desired zone, set the parameters, and repeat for the second zone. Alternatively, use the 'Dual Cook' button to automatically apply the settings from one zone to the other. Use the 'Sync Finish' function to ensure both zones finish cooking at the same time.

Programs

The air fryer includes several preset programs for convenience, including Preheat, Chips, Meat, Chicken Thighs, Cakes, Prawns, Fish, Pizza, Vegetables, and Dehydrates. Each program has default time and temperature settings which can be adjusted manually.

Maintenance and cleaning

• Always unplug the appliance and let it cool before cleaning.
• Clean the basket and interior with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
• Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to protect the non-stick coating.
• If dirt is stuck to the bottom of the basket, soak it in hot water with liquid soap for 10 minutes.
• Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush.

Troubleshooting

If the air fryer does not work, ensure it is plugged in. If food is not cooked evenly, shake the basket halfway through the cooking time. If white smoke appears, the ingredients may be too greasy; clean the basket thoroughly after each use. If the basket does not slide in properly, ensure it is not overfilled and is inserted correctly.
