This ice maker is designed for household use. Before first use, ensure the unit is placed on a stable, level surface with at least 20cm of clearance around the air inlet and outlet. Clean the interior and water tank thoroughly. After moving the unit, wait 30 minutes before turning it on to allow the refrigerant to settle.

Safety precautions

• Do not use the appliance if the power cord is damaged.
• Keep the appliance away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
• Do not use the ice maker with coal gas or other flammable gas leakage.
• Ensure the power supply matches the requirements on the rating label.
• Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended purpose.

Installation and placement

Place the ice maker on a flat, level surface. Ensure the location is well-ventilated. Maintain a minimum distance of 20cm from the air inlet and outlet to ensure proper airflow. Do not operate the unit in environments where the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C.

Operation

To start the ice maker, plug it into a power source and add water to the water tank. Use the operation panel to select the desired ice size (Large, Middle, or Small). The unit will automatically manage the ice-making process. The indicator lights on the panel will notify you of the current status, such as when the ice basket is full or when water needs to be added.

Cleaning and maintenance

Regular cleaning is essential for performance. Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Use a damp cloth to clean both the interior and exterior. Drain the water tank by removing the drain plug. Do not use organic solvents, boiling water, cleaning agents, strong acids, or strong alkali. If the unit will not be used for a long time, drain the water tank completely and store the unit in a clean, dry place.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, check the following:

• Power indicator is off: Check if the power plug is connected correctly or if there is a power supply issue.
• ICE FULL indicator is on: The ice basket is full or the ambient temperature is too high. Remove ice or move the unit to a cooler location.
• ADD WATER indicator is on: The water tank is empty. Add water to the tank.
• Both ICE FULL and FILL WATER indicators are on: The ice-making box is in the wrong position.
• Poor ice-making performance: Check if the fan or pump is damaged, or if the ambient/water temperature is too high.
