Important Information

Warning: The installation of the dimmer must be performed by a qualified tradesman in accordance with national regulations. Always ensure that the electricity is switched off before beginning any installation work.

Installation

  1. Switch off electricity: Ensure power is disconnected before starting.
  2. Connect wires: Follow the connection diagram provided in the manual.
  3. Mounting: Install the dimmer into the mounting box using screws.
  4. Power on and adjust: Switch the electricity back on, turn on the lights using the dimmer shaft, and perform the MIN/MAX adjustments as needed.
  5. Finish: Place the cover plate and dimmer knob back onto the dimmer.

Wiring Diagrams

The dimmer supports two main configurations:

  • 0-10V dimming control only: Connect the dimmer to the Dimmable Driver (DIM and VOUT terminals).
  • 0-10V dimming control with ON/OFF switch: Connect the dimmer to the Dimmable Driver, ensuring the switch control is integrated.

Refer to the connection diagrams for specific terminal wiring (L, N, DIM, VOUT).

MIN/MAX Adjustment

To calibrate the light output range:

  • MIN Adjustment: Switch the light on and turn the dimmer to the left (minimum output). Use a screwdriver to turn the MIN potentiometer slowly to the right until it stops. Then, turn it slowly to the left until the brightness stops decreasing. This sets the minimum light output.
  • MAX Adjustment: Switch the light on and turn the dimmer to the right (maximum output). Use a screwdriver to turn the MAX potentiometer slowly to the left until it stops. Then, turn it slowly to the right until the brightness stops increasing. This sets the maximum light output.
