Important Information

For the best installation results, perform the setup when the ambient temperature is 70°F (21°C) or warmer. The temperature significantly affects the adhesive Velcro. If installing in cooler conditions, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature prior to installation. Note: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames, as the cab material is flammable.

Installation Preparation

Before beginning, ensure you have a clean, flat surface to work on. Verify that all parts are included in the carton:

  • 2" Adhesive Velcro Strips (various lengths: 20", 25", 28", 30", 34")
  • Snap studs (32 total, includes 2 extra)
  • Door Panels (2 total)

If any parts are damaged or missing, contact customer service at 606-845-7439.

Installation Steps

  1. Clean Surfaces: Thoroughly clean the roll cage and plastic surrounding the doors. Using rubbing alcohol is highly recommended to ensure the Velcro strips adhere properly.
  2. Apply Velcro: Place the 2" adhesive Velcro strips around the outside edges of the front door frame, working from the front towards the back. Pull the Velcro into a curve as needed; wrinkles are normal, so pull as best as possible and rub down firmly for maximum adhesion.
  3. Attach Doors: Once the Velcro is in place, attach the doors to the Velcro along the top and sides, starting from the front corner and working toward the back.
  4. Install Snap Studs: To secure the bottom of the doors, insert the snap studs into the sockets in the canvas first. Push the screw into the plastic hard enough to leave a mark. Pull the snap stud back out, then screw it into the plastic at the marked location. Finally, snap the door into place.

Cleaning and Storage Recommendations

To maintain the longevity of your cab enclosure:

  • Cleaning: Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag to avoid scratching. Let the cab dry thoroughly before storage.
  • Storage: Always roll the cab for storage; never fold it, as folding will cause permanent damage to the windows. Roll the cab to a diameter of approximately 8 inches and store at normal room temperature. Avoid exposing the cab to extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Warranty and Returns

Falcon Ridge offers a 30-day return policy and a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in material or workmanship. All returns must be in unused, factory-new condition and packaged exactly as originally received. A return authorization number is required for returns to Falcon Ridge. For warranty claims, pictures of the defect and the original receipt are required.
