Quick Guide

This document provides instructions for installing and maintaining the Falcon Ridge Soft Rear Window for the CF Moto U Force. Key requirements include:

  • Installation Temperature: Perform installation at 70°F (21°C) or warmer to ensure proper adhesive bonding.
  • Cleaning: Use only a soft rag or sponge with mild liquid detergent and warm water. Never rub with a dry cloth.
  • Storage: Always roll the cab for storage; never fold it, as this will damage the vinyl windows.

Installation

Before beginning, ensure you are working on a large, clean, flat surface. Verify all parts are present: two 5-inch adhesive Velcro strips, two 36-inch adhesive Velcro strips, and one 32-inch adhesive Velcro strip.

  1. Prepare the Roll Cage: Clean the roll cage surface thoroughly.
  2. Apply Top Velcro: Place the two 5-inch and one 32-inch adhesive Velcro strips across the top of the roll cage. Ensure they are placed on top of the bar.
  3. Apply Side Velcro: Place the two 36-inch adhesive Velcro strips down the side bars, starting at the top cross bar and working down the tube.
  4. Secure Bottom Straps: The bottom of the rear window is secured with 4 straps using ladder lock buckles. The two center straps wrap around the frame bar underneath. The two end straps go down and around the piece holding the seat belt latch.

Cleaning and Storage

Proper care extends the life of your cab enclosure.

  • Cleaning: Clean the cab while it is still on the vehicle or on a flat surface using a soft rag, mild soap, and warm water. Allow it to dry completely before storage.
  • Storage: Roll the cab into a roll approximately 8 inches in diameter. Store at normal room temperature, avoiding extreme heat or cold.

Warranty and Returns

Falcon Ridge offers a 30-day warranty for defects and a 1-year warranty covering material or workmanship. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the product must be in factory-new, unused condition. All returns require a return authorization number by calling 606-845-7439. Windshields must be returned with the original protective film intact.
