Quick guide from the manual

The installation of the Falcon Ridge Full Cab Enclosure is best performed when the ambient temperature is 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) or warmer. This temperature is critical for the adhesive Velcro to bond properly. If installing in colder weather, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature prior to installation. The installation must follow a specific order: 1) Soft Front Doors, 2) Middle Rear Window, 3) Soft Rear Doors, 4) Rear Rear Window, 5) Top Cap.

Installation Preparation

Before beginning, open the carton and remove the enclosure on a large, clean, flat surface. Verify all parts against the parts list provided in the manual, including adhesive Velcro hook strips, snap studs, and various webbing straps. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer service at 606-845-7439.

Soft Front Doors

Begin by placing the 5-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch adhesive Velcro strips in their designated locations. Hold the door up to the frame and attach the spots. Use the double-sided Velcro strips sewn perpendicular to the edge of the door. At each double-sided strip, adhere a 3-inch adhesive Velcro strip to the inside of the frame, then wrap the double-sided strip around it for a firm hold. Once the Velcro is secure, install the snap studs by screwing them into the plastic doors. It is recommended to place the snap studs into the canvas sockets first, push the screw into the plastic to leave a mark, then remove the stud and screw it into the marked spot.

Middle Rear Window

Place the 47-inch adhesive Velcro strips across the top of the roll cage, ensuring they are positioned on top of the bar. Attach the double-sided Velcro strips down the side bars, working from the top down.

Soft Rear Doors

Place the 2-inch adhesive Velcro strip in the top front corner. Zip the Rear Door to the Middle Rear Window to ensure proper placement, then attach the top front corner to the Velcro. Use the 9-inch adhesive Velcro strip for the tab on the top rear section of the door. Attach the 3-inch adhesive strips for the double-sided strips around the edge, following the same method used for the front doors. Finally, install the snap studs into the plastic doors as described previously.

Rear Rear Window

Place the 64-inch adhesive Velcro strips across the top of the roll cage. Attach the double-sided Velcro strips down the side bars. Wrap the straps with side release buckles around the bars just under the bed, then attach and pull tight.

Top Cap

Install the straps with grommet holes onto the middle bolt of the Lexan windshield. Wrap the other two straps with Velcro around the roll cage in the rear, just under the Rear Door. Wrap the 6-inch adhesive strip completely around the bar, then wrap the double-sided Velcro around the adhesive strip. Place the top over the vehicle, identifying the front by the more steeply curved sides. Lace the front straps through the ladder lock buckles sewn to the front corners, then run the straps up and through the ladder lock buckles sewn to the rear of the top. Tighten and adjust until centered.

Cleaning and Storage Recommendations

To prevent scratching the window panels, clean them with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth. Allow the cab to dry thoroughly before storage. Always roll the cab for storage rather than folding, as folding will damage the windows. Roll the cab into a roll approximately 8 inches in diameter and store at room temperature.
