Quick guide from the manual

The Falcon Ridge Soft Door Rear Window Combo is designed for the 2014-2017 Kawasaki Teryx. Installation is best performed in temperatures of 70°F (21°C) or warmer to ensure the adhesive Velcro bonds correctly. If installing in colder weather, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature prior to installation. The installation order is: 1) Rear Window, 2) Doors.

Preparation

Before beginning, ensure you have a large, clean, and flat surface. Verify all parts are included in the carton:

  • Doors: 20 each 3" adhesive Velcro strips, 2 each 4" strips, 2 each 10" strips, 2 each 30" strips.
  • Rear Window: 12 each 3" adhesive Velcro strips, 2 each 4" strips, 2 each 18" strips.
  • Cab Enclosure: 3 panels.

Rear Window installation
  1. Place the 4" adhesive Velcro strips on each side of the Teryx where the side tube meets the top tube.
  2. Hang the Rear Window from these strips, centering it properly.
  3. Attach the two double-sided Velcro strips at the very top corner of the Rear Window. Pull the top of the window tight from side to side.
  4. Use 3" adhesive strips at each double-sided Velcro location to prevent movement.
  5. Work down each side of the Rear Window, attaching the double-sided Velcro strips to the center side bar. Note: The window is designed to leave most of the center side bar exposed so the door magnets can hold properly; do not pull the sides too hard.
  6. Attach the 14" Velcro strips and straps along the bottom to the frame of the seat under the bottom cushion.

Installing the Doors

  1. Place the 4" adhesive Velcro strip to the frame where the center side bar connects to the top of the roll cage. If the Rear Window is already installed, attach it to the Velcro on the outside of the Rear Window.
  2. Line the door up with the frame and attach the double-sided Velcro strips along the sides.
  3. Attach the strip at the very top rear corner of the door. If the Rear Window is installed, the two strips may overlap; this is acceptable.
  4. For the bottom of the door, place the 30" adhesive Velcro strip on the outside of the door to match the bottom of the soft door. Attach the 10" piece of Velcro vertically at the front corner.

Cleaning and Storage

Cleaning: Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag to prevent scratching. Let the cab dry thoroughly before storage.

Storage: It is critical to roll the cab for storage rather than folding it, as folding will damage the windows. Roll the cab to approximately 8 inches in diameter and store at room temperature. Avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Warranty and Returns

The product includes a 30-day return policy and a 1-year warranty covering defects in material or workmanship. Returns must be in unused, factory-new condition with original packaging. Contact Falcon Ridge at 606-845-7439 for a return authorization number before returning any items.
