This guide covers the installation and maintenance of the Falcon Ridge Soft Rear Window for the Arctic Cat / Textron Prowler Pro. For the best installation results, ensure the ambient temperature is 70°F or warmer. If installing in colder conditions, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature prior to installation. Always clean the roll cage and plastic surfaces thoroughly with rubbing alcohol before applying the adhesive strips to ensure proper adhesion.
Installation

- Check parts: Verify all parts are included in the carton: the Rear Window, two 53" adhesive Velcro strips, and two 20" adhesive Velcro strips. If parts are missing, contact customer service at 606-845-7439.
- Prepare surfaces: Clean the roll cage and plastic surrounding the doors using rubbing alcohol. This step is critical for the Velcro to adhere properly.
- Apply top and bottom Velcro: Install the two 53" adhesive Velcro strips on the frame above and below the rear window. Ensure the strips are centered.
- Apply side Velcro: Install the 20" adhesive strips down each side of the rear window.
- Attach window: Attach the Rear Window to the frame, ensuring it is centered correctly.
Cleaning and Storage Recommendations
Proper care will extend the life of your cab enclosure.
- Cleaning: Before removing the cab for storage, clean it thoroughly to prevent scratching the window panels. Use a soft rag or sponge with a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag. Allow the cab to dry completely before rolling.
- Storage: Always roll up the cab for storage; never fold it, as folding will damage the windows. Roll the cab to approximately 8 inches in diameter and store it in the carton at room temperature. Avoid exposing the cab to extreme hot or cold temperatures during storage.
Return Policy and Warranty
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in unused, factory-new condition. The product must be packaged exactly as it was originally received. Do not fold vinyl windows for return packaging. A restocking fee may apply if the product is not returned in factory-new condition. A 30-day warranty covers defects in the product, and a 1-year warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. Proof of purchase and pictures of defects are required for warranty claims.
