Important Information for Installation

For the best installation results, ensure the ambient temperature is 70°F (21°C) or warmer. If conditions are colder, store the adhesive Velcro strips at room temperature prior to installation to ensure proper adhesion. The installation order is critical: 1) Rear Window, 2) Doors, 3) Polycarbonate Windshield, 4) Top Cap.

Preparation

Before beginning, open the carton and remove the enclosure on a large, clean, flat surface. Verify all parts are present according to the parts list, which includes various lengths of adhesive Velcro hook strips, webbing straps, and the cab enclosure panels.

Installation Steps

Rear Window: Begin by placing 4" adhesive Velcro strips on each side of the Teryx where the side tube meets the top tube. Hang the Rear Window from these strips, centering it properly. Attach double-sided Velcro strips at the top corners, pulling the window tight from side to side. Secure the sides to the center side bar using double-sided Velcro. Finally, attach the bottom straps to the seat frame under the bottom cushion.

Doors: Place 4" adhesive Velcro strips on the frame where the center side bar connects to the roll cage. Line up the door with the frame and attach the double-sided Velcro strips along the sides. Secure the top rear corner of the door, wrapping it over the Rear Window if already installed. Finally, apply the 20" adhesive Velcro strip along the bottom of the door and the 10" vertical strip at the front corner.

Polycarbonate Windshield: Install the windshield according to its specific instructions. Note that you must wait until the Top Cap is installed before attaching the bent brace along the top of the windshield. You will need to cut small holes in the Top Cap to allow the bolts to pass through and seal the gap.

Top Cap: Place the Top Cap over the vehicle with the pointed end facing forward. Remove the thumb nuts from the top windshield section, place the grommet over the bolt, and replace the nut so the strap points upward. Secure the rear of the Top Cap by wrapping 6" adhesive Velcro strips around the roll cage approximately 12" below the back of the cap, then secure the straps. Finally, lace the webbing through the buckles and pull tight to center the top.

Cleaning and Storage

To clean the cab, use a soft rag or sponge with mild liquid detergent soap and warm water. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag, as this will cause scratches. For storage, it is crucial to roll the cab rather than fold it to prevent damage to the windows. Fold the doors over the rear panel, interleave the top and windshield, and roll the assembly into a roll approximately 8 inches in diameter. Store at normal room temperature.

Warranty and Returns

The product includes a 30-day warranty for defects and a 1-year warranty covering material or workmanship defects. For returns, the product must be returned within 30 days in unused, factory-new condition. Contact Falcon Ridge at 606-845-7439 for a return authorization number. Windshields must be returned with the original protective film intact.

Practical help

Common problems

Windshield gap allowing wind in

Ensure the Top Cap is installed first, then cut small holes in the Top Cap to allow the windshield brace bolts to pass through and seal the gap.

Difficulty storing the cab
