Quick Guide for Installation

For the best results, install the soft doors when the temperature is 70°F (21°C) or warmer. If it is colder, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature before starting. Ensure the roll cage is thoroughly cleaned with mild soap and water and allowed to dry completely before beginning.

General Preparation

Before starting, open the carton and verify all parts are present:

  • Passenger Front Door (1)
  • Driver Front Door (1)
  • Passenger Rear Door (1)
  • Driver Rear Door (1)
  • Adhesive Velcro Hook Strips (612")

Prepping the Machine

To ensure a proper fit, remove the roof, front and rear windshields, and any other components that may obstruct the installation. Thoroughly clean the cage with mild soap and water, then allow it to dry completely.

Installation of Soft Doors

1. Velcro Application: Begin by adding the adhesive Velcro onto the roll cage and plastic paneling. Apply to both sides of the machine. You may need to trim the Velcro on the A-pillar depending on your windshield clamps and mirror locations. Cut angles into the Velcro for the best appearance.

2. Rear Door Installation: Once the Velcro is positioned, align the rear door to the top of the cage. Align the rest of the outer door to match the profile of the cage. Firmly press the door to the Velcro on the cage. Adjust the fitment if needed and repeat on the opposite side.

3. Front Door Installation: Repeat the process with the front doors. Align the edge of the door to the A-pillar and follow the profile of the cage. Firmly press the door to the Velcro on the cage. Adjust the fitment if needed and repeat on the opposite side.

4. Final Assembly: Re-install the roof, front and rear windshields, and any other components removed during the process.

Cleaning and Storage Recommendations

Cleaning: Before removing the cab for storage, clean it thoroughly to prevent scratching the window panels. Use a soft rag or sponge with a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag.

Storage: It is important to roll up the cab for storage rather than folding it, as folding will damage the windows. On a large, clean, flat surface, fold the doors over the rear panel first, then interleave the top and windshield on top of the doors. Roll the cab into a roll approximately 8 inches in diameter. Store at normal room temperature and avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures.
