Quick guide from the manual

This guide covers the installation of the Falcon Ridge Cab Enclosure for the Polaris 1000XP Ranger. For best results, perform the installation in an environment that is 70°F (21°C) or warmer to ensure the adhesive Velcro bonds correctly to the roll cage. If installing in colder conditions, warm the Velcro at room temperature before application.

Preparation and Cleaning

Before beginning, ensure you have a large, clean, and flat surface to work on. Thoroughly clean the roll cage and plastic surfaces surrounding the doors using rubbing alcohol. This step is critical for proper Velcro adhesion.

Cleaning and Storage

To maintain the enclosure:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft rag or sponge with a mild liquid detergent and warm water. Never rub windows with a dry cloth.
  • Storage: Always roll the cab for storage; never fold it, as this will damage the windows. Roll to approximately 8 inches in diameter and store at room temperature.
