This document provides instructions for installing the Rough Country Half Front Windshield on a 2019-2020 Polaris RZR XP 1000. Before beginning, verify all kit contents and ensure you have the necessary tools. Periodically check all hardware for tightness after installation to ensure safety and proper clearance.

Installation Instructions
- Prepare the windshield: Remove the protective covering from the windshield.
- Apply seals: Locate the supplied lower windshield seal and install it onto the bottom of the windshield. Install the outer seal onto the windshield.
- Mount the windshield: Install the windshield onto the UTV.
- Secure the straps: Wrap the strap behind the pin in the outer portion of the strap. Tuck the strap into the windshield. Pull the outer windshield mount tight, laying the strap into the opening in the windshield. Finish the wrap around the strap to secure it. Repeat these steps for all remaining straps.
Torque Specifications
Always ensure fasteners are tightened to the correct torque specifications to prevent damage or loosening during operation. Refer to the table in the manual for specific Grade 5, Grade 8, Class 8.8, and Class 10.9 hardware requirements.
