For the best installation results, ensure the ambient temperature is 70°F (21°C) or warmer. This temperature is crucial for the adhesive Velcro to bond correctly. If you must install in colder weather, store the adhesive strips at room temperature prior to installation. Always clean the roll cage surface thoroughly before applying any adhesive components.
Installation

- Preparation: Open the carton and remove the Top Cap on a large, clean, flat surface.
- Parts Check: Verify you have: 7 Adhesive Hook strips (6" long), 4 Webbing straps with Velcro, 2 Webbing straps with Grommet, and 1 Top Cap.
- Mounting: Place the Top Cap over the roll cage. Wrap the roll cage bar with adhesive hook strips roughly 6-10 inches from the top.
- Securing: Wrap the double-sided Velcro sewn to the ends of the webbing straps around the adhesive hook strips so the strap points upward.
- Lacing: Lace the straps through the buckles sewn to the corners of the Top Cap.
- Snapping: Wrap the roll cage with the Double-Sided Velcro strip with snap around the middle bar to align with the snap on the Top Cap. Snap the two together.
Cleaning and Storage
Proper care extends the life of your cab enclosure.
- Cleaning: Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag, as this will cause scratching.
- Storage: Always roll the cab for storage; never fold it, as folding will damage the windows. Roll the cab into a roll approximately 8 inches in diameter. Store at normal room temperature and avoid extreme hot or cold conditions.
