This document provides instructions for fitting and adjusting the Falcon Thermoset Toilet Seat. The seat features an adjustable stainless steel hinge system designed to fit various toilet pans. Ensure you have all parts before beginning installation.

The seat is supplied with the following fixing kit (2x of each component, except the Fixing Key):

  1. Insert the swivel hinge into the seat fixing hole at the rear of the ring/lid.
  2. Bolt the seat to the pan using the fixings in the configuration shown in the diagram.
  3. Once the seat is in the desired position, fully tighten the nut using the provided fixing key.

Adjustment

To align the seat on the pan, adjust the fixing bolts position. This can be done by rotating the disc (a) and sliding the fixing bolt backwards or forwards (b). Refer to the diagrams for minimum and maximum seat projection settings.

Aftercare instructions

  • Clean surfaces with a soft damp cloth and mild soap solution.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
  • Do not scrub or scour the surface.
  • Do not stand on the lid or ring of your toilet seat.

Seat is loose

Ensure the nut is fully tightened using the provided fixing key.

Seat is not aligned with the pan
