Quick Start Guide

To ensure optimal performance, follow these steps before first use:

• Ensure the switch is in the OFF position.
• Place the solar panel in direct sunlight for 2 full days to charge the batteries.
• After the initial charge, the lights will automatically illuminate at night using the light sensor.

The LUMISHROOMS 10-PK is a solar-powered lighting set. It uses a solar panel to charge internal batteries during the day, which then power the LEDs at night. The system is designed for outdoor use and requires no electrical installation.

Positioning and Installation

Proper placement is critical for the performance of your solar lights:

• Maximum Sunlight: Position the solar panel where it will receive the maximum amount of direct sunlight throughout the day.
• Avoid Interference: Do not place the unit under bright artificial lights at night, as this will prevent the light sensor from activating the LEDs.

Performance Expectations

The duration of illumination depends on the amount of sunlight received by the batteries. Performance varies by season:

• Summer: 4-6 hours of light.
• Spring/Autumn: 2-4 hours of light.
• Winter: 0-2 hours of light.

Battery Maintenance and Replacement

Rechargeable batteries lose efficiency over time with repeated charge/discharge cycles. If you notice the lights are less effective:

• Boost Charge: Leave the switch in the OFF position for 3 to 5 sunny days to allow the battery to reach maximum charge.
• Replacement: If the battery fails, it requires 1x 1.2V AA NiMH 300mAh battery.

Troubleshooting

If the lights are not functioning correctly:

• Check that the solar panel is positioned correctly to receive sunlight.
• Perform a boost charge as described in the maintenance section.
