This manual provides essential instructions for the FlinQ Brushed Lawn Mower 18V (FQC8525). Before using the mower, ensure the battery is fully charged and the grass catcher is correctly assembled. Always inspect the lawn for foreign objects like stones or wires before mowing. The mower is intended for private home use only and should not be used in wet conditions.

The lawn mower consists of several key components:
- Main handle and tubes: Used for steering and control.

Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble the mower:
- Handle assembly: Attach the lower handle to the unit body and lock it with a bolt. Connect the upper and lower handle tubes using the locking knob. Ensure the cable clamp is attached.
- Grass catcher: Assemble the grass catcher bag as shown in the illustrations.
- Installation: Open the rear cover of the mower and attach the assembled grass catcher.
Operation
To operate the mower safely:
- Battery: Insert the battery into the slot and ensure it clicks into place.
- Starting: Insert the safety key. Push the safety button and grasp the gear levers to start the motor. The motor stops immediately when the switch is released.
- Cutting height: The mower has 3 height levels. To adjust, turn the mower upside down and move the wheel axle to the desired position. Ensure front and rear axles are set to the same height.
- Mowing tips: Mow across slopes, never up and down. Operate at full throttle for best results. If the grass is thick, mow in two passes.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures longevity:
- Blade check: Disconnect the battery before inspecting the blade. The blade must be balanced; an unbalanced blade causes excessive vibration. Sharpen the blade if necessary and tighten the bolt to 25 Nm.
- Cleaning: Clean the mower after each use with a dry cloth or soft brush. Keep air vents clear of debris. Do not use aggressive detergents.
- Storage: Store in a dark, dry, frost-free, and well-ventilated place, out of reach of children. For long-term storage, charge the battery to 40-60%.

Motor does not start
