The Healthy Choice 12L Digital Air Fryer is designed for household use. Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels. Place the appliance on a stable, level, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure a minimum clearance of 20cm from walls and other heat-sensitive materials on all sides, including above the unit. Wash all accessories in warm soapy water and wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth before the first use.

Control Panel
The digital control panel allows you to manage cooking settings:

- Power Switch: Turns the unit on/off and starts the default cooking process.
- Light Switch: Operates the internal light.
- Rotation Function: Activates rotation for the rotisserie or basket.
- Temperature/Timer Controls: Use the + and - buttons to adjust settings during operation.
- Presets: Includes settings for Hot Chips, Steak, Fish, Shrimp, Chicken Drumsticks, Baking, Rotisserie Chicken, Dehydrating, Reheating, and Defrosting.
Cooking Operation
- Place food onto the crisper tray, rotisserie set, or into the rotisserie basket.
- Insert the accessory into the air fryer and close the door.
- Plug the power cord into a dedicated 220-240V outlet.
- Press the power button once.
- Select a preset program or manually adjust the time and temperature.
- Press the power button again to begin the cooking process.

- Dehydrating: 80°C, 4 hours
- Reheating: 115°C, 12 minutes
- Defrosting: 40°C, 1 hour
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. All included accessories are dishwasher safe. The inside of the air fryer can be cleaned with hot water, mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge. The door is detachable for easy cleaning; open it to a 45-degree angle and slide it upwards to remove. Do not immerse the main housing body in water.
Safety Warnings
- Do not use extension cords or power boards.
- Do not block air intakes or exhausts.
- Do not place the appliance directly on a benchtop; use a heat-proof mat.
- If the unit emits black smoke, unplug it immediately and wait for the smoke to stop before removing contents.
- Do not overfill the rotisserie or crisper trays.
