  • Clean the machine after every use with a wet cloth to remove dust and metal swarfs.
  • Lubricate all moving parts (especially the gear box) after the first 10 operating hours, then every 3 months.
  • Check guiding rollers monthly and adjust if necessary.
  • Replace the saw blade if worn. Always wear security gloves when handling the blade.

Troubleshooting

If the machine does not start, check the power source, fuse, and cable. If the machine vibrates, ensure it is on an even surface and check the motor mounting. For bad cutting results, check the feeding rate, blade tension, and blade condition.

Practical help

Common problems

Machine does not start

Check the power source, ensure the fuse is not defect, and inspect the cable for damage.

Saw blade does not reach full speed

Check if the extension cord is too long or if the motor is receiving power through all phases.

Machine vibrates strongly

Ensure the machine is on an even surface, tighten motor mounting, or replace the saw blade tension spring.

Bad cutting results

Reduce feeding rate, tighten the blade using the tension knob (9), replace worn blade, or use the correct blade for the material.

Before use

  • Remove the thin corrosion-prevention layer from non-painted parts.
  • Check for loose or missing screws.
  • Check for damaged parts.
  • Check the condition of the saw blade.
  • Ensure all tools are removed from the machine.
