The Husqvarna 120iTK4-H is a battery-powered telescopic pole hedge trimmer designed for cutting branches and twigs. This manual provides essential safety, assembly, operation, and maintenance instructions.

Product Description
The product consists of a blade, telescopic shaft, keypad, battery holder, and rear handle. It is powered by BLi or 40-B series batteries and uses the QC80 or 40-C80 charger.
Safety
WARNING: This product is dangerous if used incorrectly. Read and obey all safety instructions in the operator's manual to prevent injury or death to the operator or bystanders. Always use approved personal protective equipment, including a helmet, hearing protection, eye protection, and gloves.
Assembly
To assemble the shaft, align the electrical plugs, connect the ends of the shaft, and tighten the screw handle. Adjust the shaft length by loosening the screw handle on the battery housing side, adjusting to the desired length, and tightening the handle. Always use the harness for maximum control and to reduce arm and back fatigue.

Operation
Before starting, examine the work area for objects that can be thrown. Ensure the cutting attachment is sharp and undamaged. To start, press and hold the start/stop button until the green LED lights up, then pull the power trigger lockout and hold the power trigger. The product features a SavE function for longer battery life and an automatic shutdown function if the product is not used for 60 seconds.

Maintenance
Perform maintenance steps before each use, weekly, or monthly as specified in the maintenance schedule. This includes cleaning external parts, checking switches, ensuring all controls work, and inspecting the cutter blade and guard for cracks or damage. Keep the blade clean and lubricated.
Troubleshooting
If the green activate LED flashes, the battery voltage is low. If the warning indicator flashes, the product is overloaded, the temperature is outside the operating range, or the power trigger and start button are pressed simultaneously. If the product does not start, clean the battery connectors.
