The Husqvarna DC 1000S is a 12 cu ft steel swivel dump cart designed for use with tractors. Before operating, ensure you understand the safety rules: do not exceed the 1000 lbs weight capacity, do not exceed 6 mph towing speed, and never carry passengers. Always check tire pressure (30 psi) and inspect for loose or damaged parts before each use.
Assembly Instructions
Assembly requires a 1/2 inch wrench or socket and a large flat screwdriver. Follow these steps:

- Body Assembly: Place body halves (1 & 2) on a flat surface and fasten together with hardware (34, 35).
- Front Support: Attach front support (12) to the steel body and tighten hardware.
- Undercarriage: Attach undercarriage (6) to the body and tighten hardware.
- Front Gate: Attach front gate (3) to the inside of the body.
- Corners: Attach corners (5) to the two front body joints.
- Axle Installation: Insert axle (10) into the undercarriage halfway. Center the 3-1/8 inch spacer (30) inside the swivel clevis and align with the axle.
- Final Axle Setup: Slide the axle completely through the undercarriage, ensuring the swivel clevis and spacer are captured. Align the drawbar with the front support and latch.
- Wheels: Slide washers (28), spacers (29), and wheels (11) onto the axle and secure with hairpins (31).
- Support Bar: Attach the support bar (9) to the body behind the flange loosely.
- Retainers: Attach retainers (7 and 8) to the rear body joint and tighten all support bar hardware. Discard any extra bolts/nuts.
- Tailgate: Attach tailgate (4) to the body; it should move freely.
- Hitch: Install hitch pin (33) and hairpin (32) to secure the cart to the vehicle.
Operating Instructions
Before Using: Check tire pressure and inflate to 30 psi if needed. Review all safety rules.
How to Use: Attach the cart to your tractor using the supplied hitch pin. Distribute the load evenly for best handling. Verify your vehicle has adequate towing and braking capacity for heavy loads.
How to Empty: Step down on the foot pedal to release the latch mechanism. Lift the body and swivel as desired to dump material. Lower the body and guide the latch back into the drawbar to relatch.
