Quick guide from the manual

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe operation and maintenance of the Husqvarna 150BT backpack blower. Always wear hearing and eye protection, protective gloves, and non-slip boots. Keep bystanders and animals at least 50 feet (15 meters) away. The machine is designed for blowing lawns, pathways, and asphalt roads.

Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your blower:

Swivel joint assembly
Swivel joint assembly
  • Swivel Joint: Connect the blower and swivel joint with the flexible hose, clamping both ends securely.
  • Throttle Lever: Attach the clamp to the swivel and tighten the screw.
  • Throttle Cable: Fasten the cable tube to the hose using the provided clamp.
  • Blower Tubes: Align the protrusion and groove on the tube ends and twist to lock.
  • Harness and Waist Belt: Adjust the harness for a comfortable working position. The waist belt must be attached to the frame rings and tightened in front.

Fuel

Use a mixture of gasoline and oil. The recommended mixing ratio is 50:1 (50 parts gasoline to 1 part oil). Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane number of 89 RON (87 AL in USA/Canada). Always mix fuel in a clean, approved container and agitate well before fueling.
