Buttons and Connections
The speaker features top-mounted buttons for Power, Bluetooth, Volume Down, Volume Up, and Play/Pause/Call. The side panel contains the Aux input and Micro USB charging port.
Bluetooth Pairing
To connect, press the Bluetooth button on the speaker and select 'JBL GO2' in your device's Bluetooth settings.
LED Indications
- Slow blinking blue: Not connected.
- Fast blinking blue: Pairing mode / Incoming call.
- Solid blue: Connected.
- Blinking red: Low power.
- Solid red: Charging.
Waterproof Usage (IPX7)
The JBL GO2 is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can be immersed in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Important: To ensure waterproofing, remove all cable connections and tightly close the port cover. Exposing the speaker to liquids without doing so may result in permanent damage.

Common problems
Speaker not waterproof
Ensure all cable connections are removed and the port cover is tightly closed before exposing to water.
Battery not charging
Check if the charging cable is connected properly and the power source is active.
Bluetooth pairing failure
Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (fast blinking blue LED) and check your device's Bluetooth settings.
