This document provides essential instructions for the assembly, safe operation, and maintenance of the Kidzone 060-ROT-18L Licensed Toyota Tacoma Ride On. Adult assembly is required. The vehicle is intended for children aged 37-72 months with a maximum weight capacity of 66 lb (30 kg). Always ensure the child wears protective gear, such as a helmet, and is supervised by an adult at all times.

Assembly
The vehicle is shipped with the battery disconnected. Follow these steps for assembly:









- Rear Axle: Remove M8 nuts and washers, insert the axle through the car body and motor, then secure wheels with washers and nuts.
- Front Axle: Attach the front axle to the underbody frame and steering axle, then secure the wheels.
- Steering Wheel: Install 2 AA batteries into the steering wheel cover, then attach the wheel to the steering axle using the provided screw and nut.
- Seat and Accessories: Attach the wind deflector, rearview mirrors, backrest, and rear lamp assembly to the car body. Secure the seat using the provided self-tapping screws.
- Battery Connection: Locate the terminal cover in front of the seat, connect the battery terminal to the car terminal, and close the cover.
Charging
The battery must be charged by an adult. Do not allow the battery to drain completely.
- Disconnect the battery terminal from the car.
- Connect the battery terminal to the charger and plug into a wall outlet.
- Charging takes 8-12 hours. Do not exceed 20 hours of charging to prevent overheating.
- Reconnect the battery to the car after charging.
