Cleaning and Maintenance
Always disconnect the power plug and allow the device to cool completely before cleaning. Do not immerse the main unit, power cord, or plug in water. Wash the inner pot, steamer, measuring cup, and spoon in warm water with a little dishwashing detergent. The inner lid and silicone seals should also be removed and washed regularly.
Troubleshooting
If the device does not turn on, check the power cord connection and the wall socket. If the rice is not cooked properly, ensure it was distributed evenly in the pot. For error codes E1–E4, please contact an authorized service center as these indicate sensor faults.
