Quick guide from the manual

This document provides technical information and installation instructions for the LeoVince 14325E LV ONE EVO slip-on exhaust, designed for Husqvarna 701 Supermoto, Enduro, and Enduro LR models (including 35kW versions). The installation should be performed by a professional.

Safety and Precautions

  • Ensure the exhaust system has cooled down completely before starting any work to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components like fairings or hoses.
  • Modifying the exhaust is strictly prohibited; any tampering voids the manufacturer's responsibility.

Installation Procedure

  1. Remove the original OE silencer.
  2. Loosen the cylinder head exhaust nuts. Loosen the Torx screw on the connection bracket between the frame and the pipe without removing it.
  3. Verify the condition of mating surfaces. Slide the new link pipe onto the original header, ensuring the graphite bushing (if supplied) is used to replace the original. Partially tighten the securing strap for final adjustments.
  4. Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Check the alignment of the mounting eyes for springs and the exhaust outlet, then connect the parts using the provided springs.
  5. Fit the clamps to the silencer, mount spacers, washers, and brackets as shown in the technical drawing, and secure all fasteners.
  6. Tighten all clamps connecting the link pipe to the exhaust headers.
  7. Start the engine, allow it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.

Maintenance and Adjustments

During the first few kilometers, the exhaust system will settle, and slight gas leakage may occur. After approximately 100 km, check and tighten all fasteners. Periodically inspect brackets, fasteners, and sound-deadening materials for wear. Clean the silencer using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use solvents. Discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties.

Common problems

Slight gas leakage after installation

This is normal during the break-in period. Check and tighten all fasteners after the first 100 km.

Discoloration of the silencer

This is a normal result of heat and material properties during use and is not a defect.

Before use

  • Ensure the engine and exhaust system are completely cool.
  • Verify all components from the supplied list are present.
  • Check that mating surfaces are clean and in good condition.
  • Ensure the graphite bushing is correctly positioned if supplied.

Images and diagrams

  • The technical drawing illustrates the assembly sequence of the silencer, link pipe, springs, and mounting hardware.
  • Image 1 highlights the specific Torx screw on the connection bracket that must be loosened during the removal of the original silencer.
